I was born and raised in berry picking lands and sewing pins. I made my first crafts in my mother’s sewing room – starting with toys and moved later on to clothes.
As I grew up the love for creativity and making by hand never stopped. Instead I studied to become a clothing artisan and designer. During my studies I learned about hemp textiles and marveled – why isn’t this fibre more widely used. This admiration matured to Arctic Flora.
The mystique and sensuality of nature never seizes to amaze me. Seeing all the elements working seamlessly together as a whole is simply inspiring.
A functional and high-quality product is the essence of beauty in itself – it is enough.
